About the Company
We are a renovation and interior fit-out contractor based in Kuala Lumpur, working on homes and commercial spaces across the Klang Valley.
Our work covers the full range a renovation needs — layout changes, wet area rebuilding, wiring, plaster ceilings, carpentry, flooring, painting and interior design. Keeping those trades under one roof is deliberate: it lets us coordinate drawings, approvals, site supervision and handover as one joined-up process rather than a chain of separate appointments.

Our Renovation Philosophy
Renovation goes wrong in predictable ways. Three principles cover most of them:
Decide on Paper, Not on Site
Layout, finishes and service routes are resolved before construction starts. A decision made on site with a trade waiting is an expensive decision.
Preparation Over Finish
Waterproofing, subfloor levelling and surface preparation are the parts nobody sees and the parts that fail first. They get the time they need.
Write Everything Down
Scope, inclusions and variations are documented. Verbal agreements on a construction site are how two people end up remembering different projects.
