House Renovation Services

Whole-home renovation handled end to end, from the first measurement to the final touch-up.

Service Overview

A house renovation touches almost every trade at once — hacking, plumbing, wiring, tiling, carpentry and paint all have to land in the right order. When those trades are booked separately, the gaps between them are where budgets and timelines slip.

We plan the whole sequence up front and supervise it as one project. You get a single schedule, a single point of contact, and a scope written down before any work starts.

What We Provide

  • Space planning and layout changes

Reworking room layouts, removing non-structural walls and opening up living areas after a structural review.

  • Wet area rebuilding

Bathrooms and kitchens stripped back, re-waterproofed and re-tiled, with plumbing points relocated to suit the new layout.

  • Kitchen and storage build-out

Cabinetry, countertops and built-in storage measured on site and installed after the wet works are signed off.

  • Finishing and handover

Skim coat, painting, door and ironmongery adjustments, plus a joint defect walk-through before handover.

Why It Is Worth Doing Properly

Typical Work We Take On

  • Landed homes, terraces and semi-detached properties

  • High-rise and condominium units, including management approval paperwork

  • Partial renovation limited to kitchen, bathrooms or bedrooms

  • Pre-move-in renovation for newly handed-over units

  • Older properties requiring rewiring and re-plumbing

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does a full house renovation take?
Timelines depend on scope and unit size. A partial renovation covering kitchen and bathrooms is usually shorter than a full strip-out that includes rewiring and layout changes. We give an indicative schedule with the quotation once the scope is fixed.
2. Do you handle building management approvals?
Yes. For high-rise units we prepare the renovation submission, deposit paperwork and permitted working hours schedule that management requires before work can begin.
3. Can we live in the house during renovation?
For partial works confined to one or two rooms it is often workable. For a full strip-out involving wet areas and rewiring, we usually recommend moving out — we will tell you which applies at the site visit.
4. What happens if we change our mind mid-project?
Changes are handled as a written variation showing the cost and schedule impact before we proceed, so nothing is absorbed silently into the final bill.
