Scope

A partial renovation limited to the kitchen and two bathrooms, carried out while the family remained in the property. Work was phased so one bathroom stayed usable throughout.

The ground floor was relaid in SPC over a levelled subfloor after the existing tiles were assessed and ground down at the high spots.
