Interior Design Services

Design developed alongside the build team, so what is drawn is what gets built.

Service Overview

Design and construction usually sit with different parties, and the gap between them is where a drawing turns into a variation order — a detail that cannot be built, a fitting that does not fit, a socket behind a cabinet.

Because we build what we draw, buildability is checked as the design develops. Material availability, service routes and finished dimensions are resolved on paper rather than on site.

What We Provide

  • Layout and space planning

Circulation, furniture placement and zoning worked out before any finish is chosen.

  • Material and finish selection

Boards, tiles, laminates and paint tones assembled into a coordinated scheme with physical samples.

  • Lighting design

Ambient, task and feature lighting layered per room, coordinated with the ceiling and switching plan.

  • 3D visualisation

Rendered views of key spaces so the scheme is agreed before construction starts.

Why It Is Worth Doing Properly

Typical Work We Take On

  • Full-home interior design for new or renovated units

  • Single-room schemes for living, bedroom or kitchen

  • Office and retail interior concepts

  • Material and colour consultation only, without full design

  • 3D visualisation for an agreed layout

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can we engage design only, without the renovation?
Yes. Design-only engagements are available, though the buildability advantage is strongest when the same team carries it through to construction.
2. How many revisions are included?
The number of revision rounds at concept and 3D stage is stated in the proposal, so it is clear before we begin rather than negotiated later.
3. Do we have to buy the exact items specified?
No. The specification is a starting point — where you prefer an alternative, we check it works with the layout, lighting and services before it is substituted.
4. Will the 3D visuals match the finished result?
Closely on layout, proportion and finish, though rendered lighting always reads slightly differently from real light. We review physical samples in the actual space to close that gap.
