Scope

A bare office floor fitted out with an open-plan work area, three meeting rooms and a comms room. Glass partitioning was used to keep daylight reaching the interior.

Ceiling, sprinkler and air-conditioning positions were resolved together before framing went up, so nothing had to be reopened.

• Glass and drywall partitioning
• Power and data laid out to the seating plan
• Carpet tile and vinyl by traffic zone
